The PR implements Stable Balance into Glow

  • Stable Balance mode is toggle-able from the CollapsingWalletHeader. First time enabling shows a disclaimer prompt
  • Displays token payment amounts and currency symbols correctly
  • Adds StableBalanceContext for token display config, fiat rate, and payment formatting
  • Adds FiatDataContext to centralize fiat rate and currency metadata fetching as a shared data layer
  • Format token payments with correct currency symbols and amounts throughout (balance, transaction list, payment details, celebrations)
  • Adds a CurrencySwitcher for denomination selection in the send flows
